You can check your Order History by logging into your account at TomGerGroup.com. There, you’ll see real-time updates on printing and shipping status, including tracking numbers (U.S. only).
🔹 Cancellations & Changes
Orders can only be canceled or changed before they are processed for printing. If your order has already entered production, unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel it. Please visit our Terms & Conditions for more information.
🔹 Refunds & Returns
Because we produce custom items made to order, we only offer refunds or replacements for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Review our full Refund Policy for eligibility details.

- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item (if applicable)
